Managed the complex logistics for the Holcim Moriac Quarry, including the coordination of crane operations and the use of elevated work platforms (EWP). The project involved the removal of the plant roof and the safe extraction of two 15-tonne mud presses. These heavy components were then securely transported to Grantville, Victoria.
